Pets:
1 cat or 1 dog is allowed in building C, additional fee of $10.00 per month and an
additional $10.00 on the security deposit. Dogs must be 14" or shorter.
Carports:
$20.00 per month fee, subject to availability.
Move-in Administrative Fee - $75.00
The Rental Payment Includes
Apartment comes with stackable washer/dryer, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher
and microwave. Each apartment also comes with central air conditioning, a balcony or
patio as well as an extra storage unit.
Residents are responsible for their own utilities (Electric & Gas). We pay for your
water and refuse removal and of course we take care of all of the maintenance of your
apartment and outdoor work.
