Need help getting your child ready for Science Olympiad? During this 3-hour workshop, students will learn the basics of mammal identification using tools such as the Mammals of Michigan: Field Guide, pelts, skulls, tracks, and taxidermy specimens. After this workshop, students will be familiar with: identifying Michigan mammals using a field guide; food webs; and the impact of humans on the environment. There will be a mock event at the end for students to practice rotating between stations.
