Pursuant to the authority contained in 1972 PA 230, Section 16, as amended, of the Michigan Construction Code Act (MCLA 125.1516), a hearing will be held pertaining to the following requests:
- CBA #22-02 – Town Center Villas, Building 1-10, Tony Gallo, Gallo Companies
2015 Michigan Residential Code:
Section R703.12.1 - Request to allow alternate methods to clearance requirements for adhered masonry veneer.
All parties are expected to be prepared to present competent evidence regarding the request. The hearing will be held in accordance with Township procedures and 1969 PA 306 of the Administrative Procedures Act.
Exhibits pertaining to the above mentioned issue are available upon request to the Building Department.
Official minutes of the Construction Board of Appeals are maintained within the offices of the Building Department and are available during normal business hours.
