It improves buildings, administers and oversees a number of real property and personal property tax exemption programs, provides tax information, and serves as a source for real and personal property valuation issues and assessment administration.

The Clerk’s Office is the official keeper of the Township Records as well as overseeing the administration of elections and the keeping of voter registrations. This office deals with the Historical, Beautification, Sidewalk and Solid Waste and Recycling Committees. They also deal with the Fire and Police Pension and Retirement Board, and several other committees and commissions as well as the Building Authority.

The Finance Department assists in budget monitoring. It oversees the Township’s fixed asset program and five-year financial model. It deals with the Blue Cross membership collection system, Capital Project Plan and coordinates with other township projects.
