The water main that was damaged near 24 Mile and Schoenherr roads Nov. 16 has been repaired. There is NO boil water advisory. The break impacted a small number of homes and staff from the Shelby Township Department of Public Works contacted all affected properties.
With the temperatures cooling, it’s the perfect time to visit the Detroit Zoo on Senior Day! We will depart the senior center at 9:15 a.m. for a fun day of live entertainment, tram tours, bingo, habitat chats and a senior resource area. We’ll leave the zoo at 1 p.m. Food vendors are available at the zoo for you to purchase lunch on your own. $3
