Senior chair exercise is open to current senior center members. State Health and Human Service Department directives require that everyone in the building wear a mask at all times. Patrons may not enter the building if they are sick or have recently been ill. Upon arrival at the activities center, you must complete a health screening form in the lobby. Print the form below to decrease wait time. You must check-in with senior center staff before you enter and exit. Please review the available slots below. There is a $3 class fee. Please check the available slots linked below and choose one time slot per day.
