Our February lunch bunch begins with a tour of Sweetest Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Detroit. Located in the Forest Park neighborhood on the Eastside, this Gothic Revival church is the largest Roman Catholic church in Detroit.  Then, we will travel to Hamtramck and enjoy sausage, stuffed cabbage, pierogi, mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad and beverages at Polonia. After, we’ll stop at New Palace Bakery, where you are welcome to take home some delicious baked goods. Bakery items are not included in the trip’s price. Tickets are $21 and can be purchased at the front desk.

Federal Regulations require bus passengers to wear a mask for the duration of the trip.  Additionally, some venues may require a mask. Please address any questions and concerns before signing up for lunch bunch trips.

Lunch Bunch is a group activity you can sign up for to visit interesting sites and eat delicious food. Transportation is taken care of, so all you need to worry about is having fun. Each trip has a fee associated, and you must sign up for every Lunch Bunch in advance. These events are popular and sell out quickly.
