The nature center and the trap/archery range will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28 for Thanksgiving.

Investigating Owls

Investigating Owls is for curious beginner birders with a focus on Michigan’s native owls. Led by instructor Baylee Ruddell, we discuss adaptations and behaviors that make owls unique birds of prey. Learn more about their senses, behaviors and their diet as we dissect a real owl pellet. This program is for grades kindergarten-5. Registration is required, and there is a maximum of 20 attendees per session. Attendance allowances may change because of COVID-19 restrictions. Residents pay a $9 fee and nonresidents pay $16.
